Which categories of recipients may your data be passed on to?

In compliance with Art. 9, Paragraph 1 et seqq. GDPR, your data will be stored, processed and forwarded to courts (property registry, foreclosures), authorities, natural and legal persons under private and public law in connection with the fulfillment of the orders and contracts, e.g. trade & business registries, real estate agents, property managers, construction companies, architects, credit agencies, insurance companies, couriers and mail carriers, authorized representative, lawyers, as well as notaries and potential interested parties in connection with the contract.

How long will your data be saved?

For the data recorded in connection with the fulfillment and processing of the order, the retention period is usually up to 5 years after the order has ended. In addition, SITU Asset Management GmbH only stores personal data if this is necessary in connection with claims that can be asserted against SITU Asset Management GmbH (statutory limitation period of up to 30 years) or to examine/for the protection against conflict of interests. In principle, your personal data will be deleted or anonymized as soon as it is no longer required for the above-mentioned purposes and we are not obliged by burden of proof and retention obligations (e.g. obligations to the financial administration) to continue to store it.
