In 2016, Frédéric Drews founded the SITU corporate group in 2016 upon customer request after several existing clients requested a full-service real estate boutique. Having grown up in Switzerland, he began his real estate career in Germany in 2005 and since then has been providing brokerage, project development, and construction services for national and international investors and family offices. Frédéric specializes in the optimization and restructuring of complex real estate investments and portfolios.

Claudia Drews has been a member of the management team since the SITU corporate group was founded and provides support in the management and business areas of the company. Havin grown up in Berlin, Claudia successfully completed her training as a tax and real estate specialist and has since dedicated herself to her passion for real estate. She specializes in working with discerning owner-occupiers and advises on helping people find their dream home and the coordination of interior decorators and architects.
